EDUCATION FIRST
Estate planning can feel complicated when you’re comparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other planning tools. We explain these options in plain language, help you identify questions to consider, and coordinate next steps when you’re ready.
Fortis Planning, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal documents are prepared or reviewed by licensed attorneys in the applicable state.
Broader Reach
Fortis Planning is based in Oregon, where much of our client work and community education takes place.
Our planning process also serves families in many states across the country.
Because estate-planning laws vary from state to state, appropriate state-specific legal review and coordination are incorporated when needed.
YOUR ESTATE-PLANNING JOURNEY

Tell us about your family, what you want to protect, and the questions on your mind. You don’t need every answer yet. We’ll listen and discuss what you hope your plan will accomplish.

We’ll explain how will-based and trust-based planning differ, and where powers of attorney and other tools may fit. You’ll leave with a clearer view of your options and useful questions to consider.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll coordinate with licensed legal professionals familiar with your state’s requirements. We can support document signing, trust funding, and future reviews as your family’s needs change.
